Since 1996, my focus has centered around the dynamics that exist within large digital teams, and I've been privileged to work with some impactful organizations in the last 20 years of consulting and coaching. The structured, yet flexible, methodology I have developed helps digital teams break through collaboration impasses that block good work.

I genuinely enjoy supporting leaders in figuring out how to better organize their teams so they can create safer and higher-quality digital experiences for customers, students, citizens—people.

I am at my strongest when collaborating with large digital teams operating within a large enterprise. You’ll get more value from our working together when I am able to get my arms around the whole digital team rather than just one aspect of it (e.g., design or content), but sometimes we have to start from where you’re at and take it from there.
